Officers 2010 Captain K A Courtenay RN Ken Courtenay served in the Royal Navy from 1962 to 1999 and in the Fleet Air Arm as an Observer. He commanded HMS Orkney and completed his service with appointments in the Cabinet Office and on the International Military Staff at NATO HQ in Brussels. He is General Secretary, British Group of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, Houses of Parliament and the Honorary Treasurer, Somerset and Dorset Branch of the Marine Society and Sea Cadets |
