HMS St Vincent Reunion

On the 10 February 2019, it will be 60 years since we joined HMS St Vincent Training Establishment at Gosport.
I am hoping to contact Fred Ruppersbury to invite him to a reunion which I am trying to organise on our 60th anniversary. Fred is believed to come from Tower Hamlets in London, and rose to the rank of Lt Commander in the FAA from a mere Junior Seaman. I last tracked him down to an Embassy-type job in Brussels, but then lost contact.
