New Commanding Officer of 825 Naval Air Squadron

825 Naval Air Squadron (NAS) has a new Commanding Officer. Commander Duncan Thomas has taken over the Front Line Wildcat Squadron from Commander Simon Collins.

825 NAS is the training Squadron for the Wildcat Maritime Force at Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton. The Wildcat HMA2 is the latest of military helicopters to be brought into the Fleet Air Arm, the flying arm of the Royal Navy and  825 NAS deliver first class training to aircrew and engineers while generating frontline Wildcat Flights in support of operations worldwide.
