Help wanted...Acting Lieutenant P.A Meakin

Christian Morio is trying to trace Acting Lieutenant P.A Meakin shot down over Brittany during an attack on Vannes airfiled on May 9 1944 and taken prisoner by the Germans. He was held in Stalag Luft III before being repatriated in May 1945.
Christian’s father was second on site and saw the pilot wounded but alive and taken prisoner. Peter Arthur Meakin was flying LR 862 a Supermarine Seafire F.III of 894 Squadron.
