GLARAC - Plymouth Memorial Weekend - September 2021

Sadly due to the one month extension of the Covid restrictions we have had to cancel our Plymouth memorial weekend in July. Please see the information below from our Chairman, David Emery, regarding a new memorial weekend planned for September:

Dear Member,
After all the problems that we have had due to the Covid situation & after cancelling everything on the past 2 occasions in Plymouth we have now made firm Bookings with 2 Venues.
1)   The Crown & Anchor, Saturday 11 September 2021 at 10.30 am we have our AGM.

2)   The Crown & Anchor, Saturday 11 September 2021 at 19.30 pm A Social evening. The Crown & Anchor is situated on The Barbican, Plymouth.
3)   The Belvedere Gardens on The Hoe for a Service of Remembrance at 11.00 am on Sunday 12th September.

4)   The Corinthian Hotel on The Hoe, for a Buffet & Presentation immediately following The Service.  The Corinthian Hotel is The Old Yacht Club & situated on the Sea Front on The Hoe.

Our Main object now, is to obtain The names of all who will join with us for the 2 days of events. In order that we have the support of The 2 Venues concerned, it is necessary that we have these details as soon as possible.  This is particularly required in the instance of The Crown & Anchor, who have a Clientele Base that book in and reserve tables.  I ask everyone to respond to the attached Form by return in order that we can have a successful Evening, meeting up with old friends.
